When it comes to managing the finances of a rental property, Erin understands the ins and outs implicitly. She managed our Trust Account for 3 years before moving into the people side of Property Management, bringing with her a wealth of expertise to assist the owners within her city and southern portfolio.

Simon commenced his Real Estate career 5 years ago. He first began working in the property valuation area whilst successfully completing his Bachelor of Business majoring in property. Joining the Rent All Team as a Property Assistant, Simon has shown his commitment to his clients by always going above and beyond to assist in anyway he can. His effective communication skills ensure that he always finds the right tenant for the right property. Simon provides valuable support to the team and is responsible for coordinating, documenting and reporting back on each property’s routine inspections.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce at Adelaide University, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has worked in all facets of the Strata Data Group business since 1987. Having actively served on the Community Titles Institute of South Australia Board (CTI SA) for many years, he remains at the forefront of the Body Corporate Industry and in tune with all areas of the Real Estate market.
Paul believes that good customer service grows from a foundation of building authentic relationships with every individual. It’s from his leadership and guidance that this mentality and approach now flourishes within the business.

With a broad professional background and roles which have taken him throughout Europe, America and Australia, Brett’s knowledge and experience of Body Corporation Management is invaluable to the Strata Data Group and industry as a whole.
A key Board Member of the Community Titles Institute of South Australia (CTI SA), Brett has playing a key part in the development and introduction of the State Constitution for the Body Corporate industry along with the development of a state wide TAFE training package and Media Division.
His 11 years in the industry along and professional qualifications of a Bachelor of Business (Commercial Law), Advanced Diploma in Business Management and a City & Guilds Master Carpenter certification (UK) shine through in his leadership of the Strata Data Group’s Body Corporate and Maintenance teams.

Having worked extensively with Insurance magnates Lloyd’s in London then Strata Title specialists CHU here in Australia, Lyn is a recognised insurance expert who we’re fortunate enough to have assisting our clients on a daily basis.
Whether it’s recommending the right cover for you, arranging Insurance or facilitating a claim, Lyn and her team work diligently to ensure it’s a smooth process and you’re always covered.
Lyn holds a Diploma in General Insurance Code of Practice and also has attained Tier 1 compliance under the Financial Services Review Act which means your property’s future is in the best capable hands.

With a background in the commercial building industry and a licensed builder himself, Paul has supervised a number of substantial projects in the past including Calvary Hospital and the Goodwood Community Centre.
For 11 years he has managed the extensive Maintenance division of the Strata Data Group including 14 highly qualified tradespeople and a broad group of additional Trades Monitor Certified contractors.
Paul knows buildings and ensures only the highest quality repairs and maintenance is completed on every Rent All home.
